Day 3: Dhampus → Australian Camp
Morning yoga with mountain views. Trek through peaceful forests to Australian Camp. Evening guided meditation.
Day 4: Yoga, Nature Walk & Mindfulness
Wake up early for pranayama and hatha yoga. Explore nature trails and journal reflections. A relaxing afternoon session helps restore energy.
Day 5: Australian Camp → Kande → Pokhara
A gentle walk down to Kande. Drive back to Pokhara. Evening yin yoga at the lakeside.
